LoveNOW Foster Family Christmas Party

As we celebrate the gift of God's love this Christmas season, we want to share that gift with our community.

On Saturday, December 13, LoveNOW will host our fourth annual Christmas party to bless foster kids and families right here in Clark County!

Volunteers will serve from 11 AM to 4 PM. Volunteers will help with setup from 11 AM to 12 PM. Doors will open for the foster families at 12 PM and the event will end at 3 PM. Volunteers will then help with teardown from 3 PM to 4 PM.

There will be so many fun ways to serve at this event! Please read the roles and their descriptions below prior to registering:

• Family Fun Host: Family Fun Hosts will welcome the foster kids and their families as they arrive at the event and also spend quality time with them, ensuring that the foster child and family feel cared for and celebrated.
• Games & Crafts Host: Games & Crafts Hosts will monitor the games and crafts area, ensuring that safety is maintained and room or game and craft capacities are upheld.
• Photo Booth Host: Photo Booth Hosts will manage lines for photos with Santa.
• Gift Host: Gift Hosts will guide children to the gift tables, then place their chosen toy in a festive gift bag.
• Food Host: Food Hosts will monitor the lunch area, facilitating any needs of the food service team and ensuring room capacities are upheld.

Since this is a special event designed to serve foster children and their families, all volunteers will be required to have a background check and attend one of the mandatory Train & Serve sessions:

• Sunday, November 30 | 1 PM - 2 PM
• Sunday, December 7 | 1 PM - 2 PM
