LIT Volunteers are expected to lead other kids by being a good example while serving and while attending. LIT Volunteers are also expected to follow all the rules that apply to kids:

--Wear their check-in name tag.
--Pray when the group is praying.
--Remain with the class unless assigned a task elsewhere.
--Wait until between activities to get a drink or use the restroom. Request permission from an adult to get a drink or use the restroom.
--LIT Volunteers are expected to carry out any tasks given to them in a timely and focused manner.
--Tasks that LIT Volunteers may be asked to do include greeting/check-in, passing out supplies, helping with A/V, leading worship, putting equipment away, counting students, handing out flyers to parents, or helping in another area of Kids Ministry (nursery, preschool, elementary).

If a LIT Volunteer does not fulfill these responsibilities, the appropriate action will be determined by Ministry staff. This may include suspending the LIT Volunteer from serving for a period of time and then re-evaluating him/her based on their behavior in their Ministry class.
